My name is Yenga Tambwe Ndinsil. I’m a wife and mother of three wonderful children, my son Bedi and my two daughters, Lila and Neema. I am deeply devoted to God and to my family. I feel blessed for being created as a woman and the journey I have had of evolving from a little girl, to a young woman and finally to a mother. I find enormous joy in graciously serving others through what God has put in me. Serving the Lord alongside my husband Jean Ndinsil to whom I have been married for over 20 years, we have encouraged many couples through the Word of God to building strong families.
At a young age I enjoyed journaling and always jotting down my thoughts about my walk with the Lord. With modern technology now at hand, I am excited to use this means to communicate my ideas and share my experience with others. I strongly believe that God has created each of us deliberately lacking something so that we cannot be self sufficient. This is what drives me to share the little that is in me with women of all ages and of different stages of life with the hope of impacting someone’s life.
Yenga’s corner is a chilling place after a long day at work, after settling sibling disputes, or packing lunches, or just vent about a girlfriend who betrayed your trust. It’s a place of restoration, where we can have a heart to heart talk on real issues that face us as women and find real solutions through God’s word. Women are very resourceful when it comes to finding solutions to hardships they are facing. Rarely though, do they turn to the Bible for solutions. Maybe because some think its an ancient book that is not applicable to their 21st century struggles. However, the Bible is full of sound wisdom for every situation that we may be faced with. The purpose of this blog is to empower women by giving them hands on tools using the Word of God.
I hope it will be a blessing to y’all as I believe it will for me as I hear your stories as well. Please do not forget to subscribe so that you can get new posts as they become available.
God bless You.
